DESCRIPTION:

• Stella del Mandarino – White Callebaut chocolate mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry, lychee, and rosewater jelly, with a soft and moist vanilla sponge.
• Gotham Twist – 70% dark Callebaut chocolate mousse, milk chocolate with roasted hazelnuts and crunchy biscuit, with a soft almond sponge.
• Creamy Nougat – Soft hazelnut sponge, milk Callebaut chocolate mousse, hazelnut cream with crunchy French biscuit.

AVAILABILITY: Available year-round. Production time depends on quantity.

ALLERGENS: Berries, nuts, lactose, gluten, gelatin, eggs.

OTHER: Store in a refrigerator at 5°C. Shelf life: stamped on the back of the base – 4 days from the delivery date.

It is possible to print a fondant logo to place on the cake, for an additional charge.
