All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars, with VAT included. During your final billing, your account will be charged the total order amount.
All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount of your credit card account will be charged is obtained by converting the price in euros into Serbian dinar, according to the current exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight discrepancy from the original price stated on our website.
Terms of Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the ordered products, otherwise we will consider that the delivery is on schedule and on the day of planned delivery you will be charged the full amount of your order. Delivery is provided in cooperation with the Star courier company and this service is charged additionally. The cost of the service is dependent on the distance of the address where our products are being delivered. The service price list is available on the page for each product. Delivery is provided only in the territory of the City of Belgrade.
In the event that we are unable to make the delivery, because no one was at the address at the agreed time to receive the ordered products, the products will be returned to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount for the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.
If the person to whom we are sending a gift is not willing to receive your gift at delivery, the courier will return the order to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount of the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.
Complaint Terms and Conditions
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us by email within 4 hours of delivery. We accept complaints only if you send us a picture and/or video clip of the problem you encountered, along with a written description. The product must be recorded as delivered, not half-consumed. Mandarina Cake Shop staff in charge of complaints are required to reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail. If we find that your claim is founded, Mandarina Cake Shop will reimburse you for the value of the order.
The refunding of a customer who has paid using a payment card shall be partial or in full, regardless of the reason for the reimbursement. Mandarina Cake Shop is required to make refunds solely through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment systems, which means that the bank will perform a refund at the request of the seller, to the account of the card holder.
