DESCRIPTION: A cake made with ten varieties of dried fruit, macerated for a full year in rum and cognac. Covered with a fine layer of marzipan and adorned with select dried fruits for a rich, festive flavor.

PORTIONS: 1 kg (10% ±) (cake dimensions 14×14 cm)

OTHER: Store at a temperature of 12°C to 20°C in a dry place protected from heat.
