DESCRIPTION: Mousse of dark Callebaut chocolate with 70% cacao, crunchy hazelnut praline and soft hazelnut crust/Callebaut chocolate white mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry marmalade, soft and juicy vanilla crust.

–  The letters on the cake are not edible because they are made of acrylic plastic. Recommendation: take them off before serving the cake!
