Profiteroles with roasted chicken, coriander-pesto sauce, tomato jam, fresh lettuce, sesame and caramelized onions.

SPRING ROLLS WITH FOREST MUSHROOMS
Rolls with leeks, potatoes and wild mushrooms.

FISH BURGER
Mini fish burger with potatoes and onions, avocado and lime sauce, served on ciabatta.

VEGAN CIABATTA
Homemade cream of hummus on ciabatta, mushrooms and red onion jam.

QUICHE WITH SPINACH
Quiche with a fine creamy filling of baby spinach, eggs, sour cream and a mixture of semi-hard cheese.

QUICHE WITH BACON
Quiche with pieces of toasted pancetta, red onion jam, eggs, cheese mixture, sprinkled with parmesan and arugula.

Profietrola with blue cheese cream, prosciutto, fig, hazelnut and cherry tomato.
