DESCRIPTION:

• Stella del Mandarino: White Callebaut chocolate mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry, lychee and rosewater jelly, soft and juicy vanilla sponge.
• Gotham Twist: 70% dark Callebaut chocolate mousse, milk chocolate with roasted hazelnuts and crispy biscuit, soft almond sponge.
• Creamy Nougat: Soft hazelnut crust, milk Callebaut chocolate mousse, hazelnut cream with crispy French biscuit.

AVAILABILITY: Available all year long. Production time depends on the quantity.

ALLERGENS: Berry fruit, nuts, lactose, gluten, gelatin, eggs.

NOTE: Store in a refrigerated unit at a temperature of 5°C. Best before date is marked on the bottom of the base – 4 days from the date of delivery.

There is a possibility of printing a fondant logo to be placed on the cake, for an additional charge.
