DESCRIPTION: We offer two sizes of our mini cakes – bite size and canapes.

Stella del Mandarino – Callebaut chocolate white mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry marmalade on a crunchy almond base.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, soya lecithin, pistachio, raspberry, gelatin, almond.;

Gotham twist – Mousse of dark Callebaut chocolate with 70% cacao, crunchy hazelnut praline on a linzer biscuit.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, hazelnut, soya lecithin, lactose.;

Creamy nougat –  Mousse of milk Callebaut chocolate, hazelnut cream with crispy french biscuit, on a brownie crust.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, lactose, soya lecithin, hazelnut, gelatin.

Kiara Banana – Peanut and caramel sponge, fresh banana insert, double chocolate mousse (milk and dark), silky rum ganache on top with pieces of peanuts. GLUTEN FREE
Allergens: eggs, milk, almond, peanut, soya lecithin, lemon, gelatin.

AVAILABILITY: available all year long.

PORTION: Bite Size – 49 mini cakes in a box / the size of one cake – 1 bite – app. 25g
Canapes – 25 mini cakes in a box / the size of one cake – 2.5 bites – app. 45g

NOTE: Keep in a refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C.
Expiration date is printed on the back of the cake board – 4 days after delivery.

There is a possibility of printing a fondant company’s logotype for an extra charge.
