DESCRIPTION: We offer two sizes of mini pastries – bite-size and canapé.

• Stella del Mandarino: White Callebaut chocolate mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry jam on a crispy almond base.
  Allergens: Gluten, eggs, milk, soy lecithin, pistachio, raspberry, gelatin, almond.
• Gotham Twist: Sparkling mousse of 70% dark Callebaut chocolate, crispy hazelnut praline on a Linzer cookie base.
  Allergens: Gluten, eggs, milk, lactose, soy lecithin, hazelnut.
• Creamy Nougat: Soft hazelnut crust, milk Callebaut chocolate mousse, hazelnut cream with crispy French biscuit.
  Allergens: Gluten, eggs, milk, lactose, soy lecithin, hazelnut, gelatin.
• Kiara Banana: Peanut and caramel crust, refreshing banana insert with dark and milk chocolate mousse. Rum ganache with peanut chunks on top.
  Allergens: Eggs, milk, almond, peanut, soy lecithin, lemon, gelatin.

AVAILABILITY: Available year-round. Production time depends on the quantity ordered.

Expiration date: Indicated on the back of the stand – 4 days from delivery.
