DESCRIPTION: Stella del Mandarino – Callebaut chocolate white mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry jelly, rose water, soft and juicy vanilla crust.;
Gotham Twist – Callebaut chocolate dark mousse with 70% cocoa, milk chocolate with roast hazelnuts, crunchy biscuit and soft almond crust.;
Creamy Nougat – Caramelized hazelnut crust, milk chocolate mousse and dark Callebaut chocolate ganache, crunchy biscuit with hazelnut cream.

ALLERGENS: berry fruits, nuts, gelatin, eggs, gluten, lactose.

NOTE: Keep in a refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C.
Expiration date is printed on the back of the cake board – 4 days after delivery.

There is a possibility of printing a fondant company’s logotype for an extra charge.

The look of each cake is unique. Deviations in final glaze may be present.
