DESCRIPTION:

• Stella del Mandarino – White Callebaut chocolate mousse, pistachio mousse, raspberry, lychee and rose water jelly, with a soft and moist vanilla sponge.
• Gotham Twist – 70% cocoa Callebaut dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse with roasted hazelnuts and crunchy biscuit, layered with a soft almond sponge.
• Creamy Nougat – Soft hazelnut sponge, Callebaut milk chocolate mousse, and hazelnut cream with a crunchy French biscuit.

AVAILABILITY: Available all year round. Preparation time depends on the order quantity.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Store refrigerated at 5°C.
Shelf life: 4 days from the date of delivery. The use-by date is stamped on the back of the cake board.
